Roll over a tab to learn more.![]() Dave Sperandio, or "dio" as he is sometimes called, has been working with a cappella music for 18 years as a performer, producer, and engineer, and his work has appeared on scores of CDs for clients from around the globe. In 2008, Dave joined the CASA Board of Directors, and serves as the organization's Secretary as well as the Director of Events, managing SoJam, ECS, and a growing network of CASA festivals and events around the world. James was first introduced to a cappella as a member of UVa's Academical Village People for all 4 years of college, including 2 years as music director. James comes from a strong musical background and has extensive training in music theory, arranging, orchestrating, and composition. While at UVa he majored in music with a concentration in composition, culminating in a thesis composition for Orchestra which was played at the Charlottesville and University Symphony Orchestra's 20 th Anniversary Benefit Concert. He has arranged more than 40 songs for various groups and his arranging credits include a CARA nomination for best arrangement for "The Scientist" by AVP and 7 appearances of songs James has arranged on various compilation albums. In the short time since he started producing a cappella, his clients have been honored with 12 BOCA appearances, more than 25 CARA nominations, 3 "Best Album" CARA wins, and 5 "Sing" appearances. More about James: ![]() Tat Tong has been involved in a cappella since 2002 as a performer, composer, producer, and engineer. As a mix and mastering engineer, his productions have consistently garnered critical acclaim: work by T2 has been featured on virtually every major a cappella compilation since 2005, and clients have received over 30 nominations and 15 awards in the Contemporary A Cappella Recording Awards since 2006. More About Tat: ![]() A gifted vocalist, arranger, and recording engineer, James Cannon is attracting much attention for his no-holds barred, take no prisoners approach to contemporary a cappella. While a student at Cornell University, he sang for 4 years with the Cornell Chordials, serving in various capacities as arranger, President, and Musical Director. Known for his arranging prowess and talent in coaxing out first-class performances from singers in the studio, James brings the full force of his multiple talents to every project in which he is involved. In the short time since he started producing a cappella, his clients have been honored with spots on each of the major compilations.
